1.- Cook the nopal strips in sufficient water with salt and a piece of onion (chop the rest). Once cooked, rinse the nopal strips and put them in a strainer, leave them there so that all the juice is drained.
2.- Broil the peppers in a pan, then soak them in hot water and when they are soft, take them out and cut them in strips.
3.- In a pot, heat a little oil and fry the rest of the onion and the garlic.
4.- Add the peppers and nopal strips, add salt and pepper. When the nopal strips are hot, add the coriander and cook for 3 minutes more.
Serve hot and accompany with soft or fried tortillas.
