1.- In a bowl, distribute the cheese, add the coriander and bathe with the sauces and the lemon juice. Cover the bowl with self-sealable plastic and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2.- Open the nopal leaves in halves, broil them on a "comal" pan on both sides, season with salt and pepper and take them off the pan.
3.- Stuff them with cheese, check the seasoning and serve.
4.- Accompany with the chili sauce of your preference.
