1.- Clean the peppers and take out the veins and seeds. Fry them slightly in vegetable oil until they are shinny. Take them out of the oil and set aside.
2.- In the same oil, sauté the onion and garlic, and later add the broth, chopped nopal, shrimps and peppers.
3.- When the mixture begins to boil, add the "epazote", salt to taste, lower the flame and cook until everything is well cooked.
