1.- Cook the nopal leaves in sufficient water with salt and the bicarbonate. Drain them. Freshen them under a cold water jet. Set aside.
2.- Shred the meat and put it in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the avocados, and mix well .- Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
3.- Chop the avocado and add it to the mixture. Toss slightly and serve with fried tortillas.
