1.- Broil the nopal leaves on a hot "comal" (flat pan) on both sides until they are cooked, and set them aside.
2.- In a deep pan with a little oil, fry the beef steaks and season them with salt and pepper. Take the steaks out of the pan and cut them in little pieces. Set them aside.
3.- Place the nopal leaves on the serving plates and on top of the leaves, put the meat, onion, cheese and sauce.
